These Booking Terms & Conditions ("Booking Conditions"), together with our Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use (where applicable), the relevant pre-contract information required by law, and any other written information we brought to your attention before confirming your booking, form the basis of your contract with Football Travelher Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 16841553) whose registered office is 26 Ferguson Way, Huntington, York, YO32 9YG ("we", "us", "our").
Please read these Booking Conditions carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. References to "you" and "your" include the lead name on the booking and all persons on whose behalf the booking is made or transferred.
In accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018), the information provided to you before booking, including on our website, in quotations, and in booking correspondence, forms part of this contract and will not be changed unless agreed by both parties. The lead name confirms that they:
Have read, understood and agree to these Booking Conditions.
Are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all travellers.
Are at least 18 years of age and resident in the UK.
Accept financial responsibility for the booking.
Are authorised to provide personal data on behalf of all travellers.
Depending on the arrangements booked, your booking will be sold as one of the following:
(a) Package Holiday: Where your booking constitutes a package holiday under PTR 2018, we act as the organiser and accept responsibility for the proper performance of the travel services included in your booking.
(b) Stand-Alone Travel Services: Where your booking does not constitute a package (for example, accommodation-only or ground arrangements-only), our responsibility is limited to the services expressly confirmed.
Linked Travel Arrangements: We do not currently sell Linked Travel Arrangements as defined by PTR 2018.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
A binding contract comes into existence once we issue a written booking confirmation.
You must check all documents immediately and notify us promptly of any errors.
If only a non-refundable accommodation option is available, or if you choose a non-refundable rate to reduce the overall cost of your booking, we will clearly advise you before you confirm your booking. By confirming your booking, you accept the cancellation and refund terms that apply to the accommodation selected.
We will normally aim to book refundable or flexible accommodation where this is reasonably available and suitable for your booking. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Our Standard Policy
Accommodation Booking Policy
Flight-Inclusive Packages: Where your booking includes flights, it is protected by the ATOL scheme under our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL No: [INSERT]). When you buy an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive package from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.
Non-Flight Packages – Financial Protection (Protected Trust Services): For package holidays that do not include flights, your money is protected in accordance with the PTR 2018 through a trust account arrangement administered by Protected Trust Services (PTS). All payments are held in a designated trust account and released only when services are performed or permitted under the agreement. In the event of our insolvency, monies paid for services not yet provided will be refunded or arrangements made for you to complete your trip.
5.1 Mandatory Coverage: Adequate travel insurance is a strict condition of booking with Football TravelHER Ltd. By confirming a booking, you agree to obtain a comprehensive insurance policy that covers all members of your party. Your insurance must cover, as a minimum:
Medical expenses and emergency treatment.
Repatriation to your home country or city.
Cancellation, curtailment, and significant travel delay.
Personal belongings and baggage.
5.2 Specific Protection for Rail & Event Disruption: It is a condition of booking that your insurance policy specifically includes coverage for "curtailment and delay." This is essential to protect you against financial loss resulting from rail network disruptions, industrial action, or missed event connections.
5.3 Assumption of Risk: Football TravelHER Ltd does not check individual insurance policies. However, we reserve the right to request proof of insurance at any time. Failure to obtain appropriate insurance is entirely at your own risk.
5.4 Liability Waiver: If you choose to travel without adequate insurance coverage, or with a policy that does not cover the risks outlined above, you acknowledge that Football TravelHER Ltd will not be liable for any losses, expenses, or costs—including but not limited to replacement transport, additional accommodation, or missed match tickets—that would otherwise have been covered by an appropriate insurance policy.
Prices may change to reflect variations in transport costs (including fuel), taxes/fees by third parties, or exchange rates. No price increase will be applied within 20 days of departure. If a price increase exceeds 8% of the total package price, you may accept the change, accept an alternative package, or cancel for a full refund. You are entitled to a price reduction if costs decrease after booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges are applied as follows:
More than 60 days before departure: Up to 50% of total price.
60–31 days before departure: Up to 75% of total price.
30 days or fewer before departure: Up to 100% of total price.
Certain elements (including flights once ticketed and match tickets once issued) may be non-refundable. You may cancel without charge where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination which significantly affect the performance of the package.
Minor changes do not entitle you to compensation. If we make a significant change or cancel, you may accept the change, accept an alternative, or receive a full refund. Compensation will be paid only where required by PTR 2018.
Your booking is centred around women’s football fixtures. You acknowledge that match dates, times, venues, and opponents may change. Fixture changes alone do not automatically constitute a "significant change" under PTR 2018 unless they materially affect the core purpose of the package. Match tickets are non-refundable once issued, except where a refund is received from the official issuing authority.
Operational control of flights rests with the airline. Any rights to assistance or compensation under UK261 arise against the airline.
Football TravelHER Ltd includes rail travel in its packages as a convenience to the customer. Where "Timed" or "Advance" tickets are selected, these are booked under the National Rail Conditions of Travel.
Football TravelHER Ltd does not have direct control over rail network operations. As such, the rail provider remains solely responsible for the service delivery. Any claims for financial compensation, "Delay Repay," or consequential losses arising from rail cancellations or delays must be directed by the customer to the relevant rail carrier. We strongly recommend that customers select our "Open/Flexi" rail options or ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover unexpected network disruptions.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions to rail services, including any resulting missed connections, accommodation issues, or match attendance.
We will not be liable for compensation where performance is affected by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, air traffic control restrictions, industrial action, government action, war, terrorism, or public health emergencies.
We accept responsibility for the proper performance of the services included in your package. Our liability is limited as permitted by law and international conventions. Our maximum liability shall not exceed twice the total package price, except in cases of death or personal injury.
If you experience problems, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp or Email (support@footballtravelher.co.uk) to allow us to attempt a resolution. Failure to report an issue at the time may affect your rights. Post-travel complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of return.
We reserve the right to terminate arrangements without compensation where behaviour causes serious disruption, distress, danger, or breaches laws/venue regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and health requirements.
